Requirements
Windows 95/98/ME include everything needed to connect to the Internet
via NetGate. To make a connection you'll need to have installed
Dialup Networking off of your Windows 95/98/ME install disks or
CD. Most new systems have this pre-installed making setup very easy.
You'll also need the TCP/IP networking protocol installed (also
included with 95/98/ME) and a properly configured modem attached
to your computer. Follow the simple steps below to install and configure
Windows 95/98/ME Dialup Networking (DUN).
