CGI Applications - non-virtual hosting

Non-virtual hosting accounts do not have a "cgi-bin" attached to their hosting service. As a result you cannot install and use CGI based applications yourself. We will install CGI applications for you into the server "cgi-bin" directory but the applications must be tested and working prior to installation. Once you have the scripts working the way you would like send us an e-mail message to "support@netgate.net" and ask us to move them to the production system for you. Please include the following information in your e-mail message:

Your login name.
CGI application name and location.
An HTML page we can use to test the script (if necessary).
The hostname where your site resides.

We will install the application for you (usually within 24 hours). As always we're here to answer any questions might have concerning CGI scripts but we don't want to get into the business of trying to teach programming over the phone (or over e-mail).
